Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your Eternal Roses® in the original luxury gift box and shipping carton to ensure the preserved petals remain protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once our floral specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
