How long do Eternal Roses® actually last?
Our roses are real flowers that have been preserved using a proprietary non-toxic process. With proper care, they are designed to maintain their beauty and freshness for up to three years without any water.
Do I need to water my roses?
No, you should never water your Eternal Roses®. Exposure to water or high humidity can damage the preservation treatment and cause the petals to lose their color and texture.
What is your shipping policy for delicate arrangements?
We use specialized luxury packaging to ensure your arrangement arrives in pristine condition. We offer standard and expedited shipping options, with real-time tracking provided as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Can I customize the color and box style?
Absolutely. We offer a wide range of rose colors and premium box textures, including velvet and suede. You can use our custom builder on the product page to create a unique arrangement tailored to your home decor.
What is your return policy?
Because our arrangements are made-to-order and consist of perishable natural materials, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
Are the preservation chemicals safe for my home?
